The Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel connects Virginia Beach with Virginia's Eastern Shore. The 17.6 mile long CBBT is considered one of the seven man-made wonders of the world.  A restaurant, gift shop and fishing pier are located on the southernmost part of the four man-made islands.
